Indoor Riding Arena Rates
Single ride $20.00 (per horse\rider combination)
Single ride with outside instructor $30.00
(outside instructor means a trainer or instructor not affiliated with Dunmovin’ or Greenview farm)
Outdoor Riding Arena Rates
Single ride $10.00 (per horse\rider combination)
Single ride with outside instructor $20.00
(outside instructor means a trainer or instructor not affiliated with Dunmovin’ or Greenview farm)
Package Deal:
10 rides (per horse\rider combination) for $150.00 (25% savings)
To be used with in a three month period from purchase date
(If training with outside instructor during one of these rides, there is an additional fee of $10.00 per horse\rider combination)
These rides expire three months from purchase date.
NO REFUNDs for unused or expired rides.
Rules
Instructor\trainers must show proof of insurance
Horse Owner\riders must present valid up-to-date Coggins test at first ride
Liability waiver must be signed before first ride.
Rental of property for shows, events, etc.
Access to parking, indoor and outdoor ring, outdoor water hydrant, electrical outlets at both rings, twelve sets of standards and rails for jumps, PA system (provides 2 wireless microphones and sound inside and outside arena) $250 per day
Rentals are from 6:30am to 6:30pm (Evening rentals are available upon request)
Additional amenities available at extra cost
Dressage arena and setup $75.00
Rules
Organization must show proof of insurance.
Organization must make sure Horse Owner\Riders must present valid up-to-date Coggins test
Organization must make sure participants sign wavier.
Organization must provide port a potty.
Organization will remove trash and leave property in proper order.
$100.00 non refundable down payment required when scheduling event
Indoor arena specs
Our indoor is 216 x 96 and has a fabric roof that allows in natural sunlight during the day.
Lights are available for night riding up to 9:00pm
There are eight large window openings on the north side of the building and six windows and one large door, and one man door on the south side of the building
The west side of the building has 2 large barn door openings and two large windows.
Electric outlets on all four corners of the building.
Outside flood lights for visibilty in parking area at night.
